Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Old City

This hotel is perfect for families. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Hotel employee was one of the members who helped provide us with the best service possible. I would also recommend this hotel because it is close to the local shops and restaurants.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They went out of the way to help us. Very hospitable. From the arrival, during our stay and to departure they offered to help wherever needed.

For a business trip they do not have a dedicated conference room but we ended up working in the lobby which was fine.

Everything was really good! Staff was very helpful. The room was spacious with all the facilities. Location was perfect, tram within 5 mins of walk.

The breakfast selection was good — fresh and nicely presented. I appreciated the variety of options, especially the hot items and fresh fruit. A few more healthy or vegetarian choices would make it even better. Location was alright. Access to public transport was easy. Uber doesn't take more than 7 minutes waiting time.

A great experience overall — consistent with Hilton standards. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.Fire alarm went ON, because of someone smoked his room. Time was late night. It was scary :)

It was clean, the stuff were amazing, the hôtel is near all means of transport.

My second stay in the last month. Everything was great about the hotel, staff, cleanliness, staff etc. I would highly recommend it.

This was the first time I felt such real and amazing hospitality. I don’t even have enough words to describe how happy we were with this hotel. Everything was more than we expected and truly perfect.I want to thank all the staff, especially Levent Bey, whose care and support made our family’s stay so pleasant. We asked for change in the booking, he offered us very good resolution. Thank you for welcoming my dad with such warmth and kindness, and making the stay so special for him.I also want to thank Isa, he was amazing in supporting my fam, helping my dad with all the needs, so he felt truly cared for and comfortable.Also big thanks to Zulfiyye from the cleaning team, the rooms were always so fresh and clean that you could even feel it in the air.I have been coming to Istanbul for many years, but I have never experienced such wonderful service and such kind people working here.Thank you again for giving my father and my whole family such beautiful memories.

Everything felt perfect, it couldn’t have been any better.

Front desk staff gave us upgrade and offered help, smiles, and advice throughout our stay. Special thanks to Fergat and Yasin. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Fitness center a bit small but sufficient. Walking distance to most sites.

Breakfast was excellent, location was good. The man at the reception was extremly polite and helpful with my needs. I did not ask for his name but he was there in the morning of April 4 2025. The man definetly deserves recognition.I strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel close to Aksaray station and Yusupasa (T1) tram station. There is also a small gym to stay fit. The cleaning of the room was good, good bed, you can choose soft or Big pillow. Big Thanks to Yassine who solve a problem with a taxidriver.

I really liked your reception staff. They were friendly and helpful. Nuh did a good job of giving us a room with 3 beds.

Since we were three of us needed more water. Coffee tea and cups glasses were not kept for 3. Room was cramped for 3 people and 6 suitcases. Since this is your policy staff could not help us. Also too much room freshener in the hallways. And slightly too dark

The hotel is very nice very clean and the staff are very friendly The only one thing which make me feel unhappy that I paid for 2 days and I didn’t know that the check in time at 2 o’clock and I arrived at 6 in the morning and the receptionist told me to wait from 6 morning until 2 pm I know it is not his fault it is the silly rules they have I don’t understand why 2 o’clock if we paid for it Than I paid 60 euro half day until they checked me in Otherwise the hotel is amazing nice , clean and the staff are nice

The hotel is located perfectly, close to a tram stop and two metro stations. Nearby there are a couple of grocery stores, small cafes and a Simurg cafe with delicious coffee. Nice and helpful managers at the reception desk.The room has a comfortable bed, there is tea and coffee and kettle, and bottles of water were provided every day.

Towels are changed rarely and the room is not wet cleaned (at least during my stay).

The hotel is magnificent very comfortable and the room is very quiet and comfortable and clean the staff is very friendly and welcoming and co operative especially Yasin kader Saleh from restaurant the location is very good and it is just beside the tramway it is the second time to me in this hotel and every time I will go to Istanbul I will go there
